Many people have and are moving to Spain but sadly the Spanish are exploited and many Expats living there are cheats and scondrels.
Gaining the support of the law is expensive and slow, this allows these exploiters to operate with immunity.
Should all Expat businesses be avoided? Should the Spanish government review these businesses?
